I went to the Tomball location at the recommendation of my sons. The customer service was excellent. They were very professional and replaced all 4 tires and had me back on the road very quickly. Definitely prefer the small town feeling.

I have been purchasing and dealing with the Tomball staff for over two years now and can only say great things about their customer service and willingness to make a deal that benefits all parties. I am old school where when someone treats you right, you return until it goes sour so until further notice, no Discount Tire for me.

I had an unfortunate family event that caused me to fall short of the amount I saved for tires and wheels for my SUV. Chris worked with me and saved me well over $600-$1000 on the same wheels and tires offered at two other tire dealers. The install was quick and my SUV looks and drives great! Took in a vintage Tbird with wire wheels needing unusual service for mounting flaps, tubes and tires. It proved very difficult but Chad and the other employees involved stuck with it and solved all the difficulties involved. Great service and good result. I don’t think you can go wrong choosing this shop to solve all of your tire and wheel needs.

Was referred by a friend that lives in Spring. I just moved here from Louisiana. Being in this industry for over twenty-five years, when I tell you this was some of the best service, I have ever received you can believe it! From the greeting from Justin in the parking lot to the conversation with Chris and Jacob on leaving the facility the professionalism but still small-town service with "no" pressure. To find out my tire repair and rotation was "no charge" like WOW!! I'll be back and will refer anyone needing tires or repair.

What a great place! Honestly just superb service. Friendly, clean shop with knowledgeable people who did a great job getting a patch in a tire which is too new to replace. I cannot recommend Chris and the staff at Tirelink Spring highly enough. I want to say thank you for tackling this job. You have a customer for life!

I cannot say enough good things about TL, both Tomball and Magnolia locations. Last summer I stopped in at the Tomball location to have my tires rotated. My battery died right there on the spot and Austin and Jason not only had a battery delivered to the shop, but had it installed for me. Last Saturday I was at the Tomball location and bought a new set of tires for my truck. Once I got home I realized they did not look right on my truck so I called the Magnolia location first thing Monday morning and I was told if I was not happy with the tires I bought to bring them in . Herman and Chad had me in and out in 45 minutes. It is honestly like having your very own pit crew! Top-notch customer service, you will not be disappointed! I am a definite customer for life.

Hunter was great. He listened attentively to my issue and answered all my questions and concerns with care. He was polite and advised me on what was needed and educated me on how to tell if someone is taking my rims off or putting them on wrong. Thank you Hunter for caring enough to educate me. I found a small nail in a new tire so I took my car here to see if they could patch it up. After an hour, it was fixed and they did it for no charge. I would absolutely recommend coming here for any tire needs as their service was fantastic as well!
