This journey truly began in 1994 when Billy Link first started changing tires part-time at a national tire chain. His immediate passion and drive to advance allowed him to be promoted within months.
In this role, he was transferred to numerous stores to help promote growth and culture in the company, while assisting the Manager in overseeing store operations and supervising upward of 20 employees.
Several years later, as a manager, Billy increased sales breaking multiple records to later accomplish another long-term goal in becoming an Executive which supervised 36 stores with over 500 employees. Over the 20 years in the Tire industry, Billy had perfected handling customer service, employee care, and ensuring top quality in each store.
In 2016, TIRELINK was established!
Billy is very passionate about making a difference in someone’s life, whether it’s the employee or the customer, we are here to have fun, enjoy the experience and keep people safe. Through the customers experience and installing tires/wheels, TIRELINK will respect customers time and do what’s right with Integrity!
