We came in for a flat tire repair/ tire replacement since the puncture might be too close to sidewall and not repairable. Our tire type is not common so a tire would need to be ordered. The issue was we needed to get to Austin and our spare tire was not rated to drive 3 hours and they were 10 minutes from closing. The guys went above and beyond and decided to looked at the inside of the tire to see if the direction of puncture was toward the middle and if it could be fixed and hold. The thing that I appreciated most was that they took the time to investigate a little further into the tire to get me home. It meant that they could not sell me a tire right then and there or order me a new one but they did the right thing. And for that, I would go out of my way to recommend them and buy tires from TireLink…even though I live in Austin and they are in Houston.

These guys are awesome... they help you find the best tire to fit your needs and don't try to oversell or push you to buy the most expensive tires. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are very professional and courteous. Austin was very helpful and to see a manager out working in the bays with vehicles isn't something you see alot. Thank you so much TIRELINK!!! I'll definitely be using yall and referring yall to anyone and everyone I can!!!

Love this place! Been here a couple of times and the staff always welcome you with a smile, Jacob is very friendly and helpful! Will be coming back to this location for sure.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly & they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with your tire decisions. I will not go anywhere else.
